Good to know
Rain is 비 and snow is 눈. To say it is raining, Koreans say 비가 와요, literally "rain comes"; snow works the same way, 눈이 와요. Korea has four clear seasons, 봄, 여름, 가을 and 겨울, plus a rainy season in early summer called 장마.
Weather adjectives are worth learning as a set: 더워요 (it's hot), 추워요 (it's cold), 맑아요 (it's clear) and 흐려요 (it's cloudy). The words on this page use the dictionary form ending in 다, which is how you will find them in a dictionary.
